In Memory of Matthew Thomas, a puppy was sponsored in his name. Amazingly, with the love and help of many friends and family, in 4 months, $6,000 was raised to sponsor a golden retreiver puppy in his honor.

This pup was born on July 3rd, and she just arrived to Libby, the area coordinator that is going to raise her for the Thomas', a couple of days ago. They have decided to name her Sammie, SAM being the first initials of the three Thomas children.
I hear there is a puppy meeting tonight and really hope to see pictures soon of her and cannot wait to hear all about her and her puppyhood training! :)
